Position Overview

As a Webflow Developer at TygrLabs, youll be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining high-performance, responsive websites and web pages using Webflow and associated web technologies. You will work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to translate design assets (e.g., from Figma) into production-ready Webflow builds that align with brand guidelines, performance standards, and user experience best practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys no-code/low-code web development, understands fundamentals of front-end technologies, and can deliver polished digital products within project timelines

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch responsive Webflow websites and landing pages from design prototypes.
• Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections, content structures, and dynamic pages.
• Implement interactions, animations, and UI enhancements to enrich user experience.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to refine designs and user flows.
• Support ongoing maintenance, updates, and version control for Webflow projects.
• Troubleshoot design or technical issues during development and after deployment.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building websites using Webflow.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for custom embed/code adjustments).
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and modern UI best practices.
• Comfortable converting Figma/Adobe XD designs into Webflow builds.
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and UX quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, PMs, and developers.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Webflow CMS, travel-tech, or Memberships.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance tools.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and design tools like Figma.
• Understanding of basic backend concepts or API integrations.
