Position Overview

As a Framer Developer at TygrLabs, you will build engaging, responsive, and interactive websites and web pages using Framer. Youll work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to transform UI/UX designs (e.g., from Figma) into production-ready Framer builds, ensuring performance, accessibility, and high-quality user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual web development and has a strong sense of design coupled with technical front-end skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, interactive websites and landing pages using Framer, based on design prototypes.
• Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
• Implement animations, interactions, and motion systems to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure sites are optimized for performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and analytics scripts when needed.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to refine concepts and deliver solutions on schedule.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and improvements to existing Framer builds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to layout, performance, and interactions.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building websites and web pages using Framer (or other no-code/low-code visual web tools).
• Strong understanding of responsive design and front-end fundamentals.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS (JavaScript familiarity is a plus for custom behaviors and troubleshooting).
• Ability to convert design files (e.g., Figma) into functional web builds.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility basics.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual sense for layout, typography, and interaction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with other no-code/low-code platforms like Webflow.
• Experience integrating marketing tools, CRM, tracking pixels, or API services.
• Portfolio showcasing Framer projects with interactions and animations.
• Understanding of analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and SEO tools.
