Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents.
• Oversee team performance and provide ongoing coaching to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

• 25 years old and above.
• College graduate.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• With experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• High level of communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
