To that end, we are looking for a talented leader as Promotion & Catalog Coordinator Americas.

This role drives the Americas the right guidelines for brochures, catalogs, flyers and any other instrument to End Consumer and Sales Force. This position is the link between markets and GBS guaranteeing the right implementation.

Responsible for catalogue management in Americas, from Product Portfolio to final lay-out of the catalogue/brochure. This includes analyze individual category performance and trends, carrying out market research/competitor surveys, recommending corrective actions, portfolio management, coordination with markets.

Specific accountabilities:

  • Provide markets guidelines for catalogs, brochures, flyers, leaflets, etc.
  • Provide markets access to visual demo guides, photos and graphic elements to design.
  • Manage relationships with studios, agencies, retouchers, editors, stylists and freelancers to deliver high-quality visual assets that are used across various mediums: website, social media, merchandising, literature, packaging.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Product Management and other internal departments to receive input to develop and provide asset solutions, ensure alignment on creative intent with key stakeholders and ensure project budgets and timelines are maintained
  • Work with global team to oversee maintenance of assets in digital asset management system, ensuring assets are added and activated in a timely matter and metadata fields and folder hierarchy are aligned with business needs
  • Create concepts with GBS Team for Catalog themes based on consumer and markets needs.
  • Create synergies with markets to align themes and brochure covers.
  • Create Sales Force material to communicate and train about products, concepts and demonstrations.

Brand Management

  • Ensure the brand equity is delivered consistently every single design.
  • Support markets with training for local designs focus on End Consumers.
  • Support markets with storytelling ideas for designs impacting Catalogs KPIs: units, sales and visual impact.
  • Guarantee the brand guidelines implemented in all designs: digital and printed.
  • Share best practices ideas between markets

Business Team Leadership

  • Lead the indirect multifunctional team to become a high-performing, motivated team focused on winning externally in the market.
  • Uphold standards of excellence and quality.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to help markets.

Education and experience:

  • Related degree required
  • 5+ years in design positions.
  • Proven experience implementing product concepts across different channels.
  • Proven experience in developing concept-to-launch products & content, working with multi-functional teams across the organization
  • Proven experience in developing high quality communication.

  • Ability to work within tight, and often changing, timelines while managing priorities
  • Experience in a visual creative role, art direction or overseeing creative executions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Possess an understanding of Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and project management software
  • Photoshoots may require indoor or outdoor locations outside of normal working hours depending on project needs
  • Understanding the creative process and design research, organization and time management
