Responsibilities:

• Recommend targets, work objectives, and necessary workforce for the Department, coordinate, and evaluate their implementation to ensure the Department's targets and work objectives are achieved.
• Develop and present innovative ideas to investors or analysts, propose strategic decisions, and calculate business scenarios.
• Identifying corrective actions and improvements to enhance product and service performance in alignment with the company's priorities and focus.
• Manage the complete product and service portfolio strategically to align with the company's strategy and maintain quality.
• Coordinate the implementation of analysis and evaluation activities in formulating and developing insurance products and additional services that align with market needs and current trends to enhance business performance.

Qualifications:

• Preferably holding a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 8 years work experience.
• Proficient in English language
• Preferably possess Insurance and Product Management certifications.
• Proficient in computer application usage
