Responsibilities:

• Responsible to Build Relationship, Communication and Create harmony among the various government policies with the company.
• Evaluate the performance of third parties involved in the Department's work processes.
• Prepare and compile comprehensive litigation documents, and drafting qcase analyses and recommendations for handling cases, either independently or through third-party.
• Ensure accountability for litigation cases that are initiated and currently in the litigation process, whether civil and/or criminal, or resolved through alternative dispute resolution, coordinating with internal functions and third parties (law firms) to achieve the best outcomes for the Company.
• Manage the handling of litigation cases faced by the Company, including at both the head office and branches.
• Coordinate with appointed third parties (law firms) to resolve litigation cases.
• Assist in resolving the Companys receivables issues by pursuing litigation efforts to reduce the receivables ratio and improve productivity.
• Support relevant stakeholders in managing pre-litigation cases.

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent field from a reputable university (minimum experience as an intern in a law firm or related fields).
• Possesses strong analytical skills, is a fast learner, has high attention to detail, and can work under pressure.
• Able to work both individually and as part of a team.
• At least 4 years of working experience in related fields.
• Holds a Lawyer Certification or has litigation skills (Certification by PERADI is preferred).
• Fluent in English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 550.
• Experience in the insurance industry or other financial industries is a plus.
