Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and directing all aspects of the management accounting function within the organization. This role will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision support activities.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget, forecasting processes, and long-range financial plans.
• Evaluate and recommend policy changes related to budget planning, implementation processes, and existing work programs to support the achievement of company goals and targets.
• Evaluate and recommend the periodic implementation of the management report review process along with its analysis for Shareholders, Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, all responsibility centers to ensure the timely, reliable, and comprehensive information needs are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management accounting team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the group.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Preferably 12 years of work experience including 8 years in Finance, Taxation, or Accounting
• Proficient in English language skills
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques
