Hiring: After-sales Engineer (Cloud Platform Support)

Location: Singapore (Long-term onsite support for a leading banking client)

Salary Package: SGD 10,000 – 12,000/month

Employment: Direct employment with client

We are looking for an After-sales Engineer to support enterprise cloud platform projects in Singapore.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in:

• Cloud Support / Technical Support
• Infrastructure Support / Platform Operations
• Linux / Cloud Platform
• Docker / Kubernetes / Container Technologies
• Customer-facing technical troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise cloud platform environments
• Support product deployment, testing, implementation, and daily operations
• Handle support tickets and coordinate issue escalation when required
• Work closely with customers and internal technical teams
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and support materials
• Support customer communication and maintain strong relationships

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen / PR only
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1+ year experience in cloud support, technical support, infrastructure support, DevOps, or related IT roles
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or enterprise infrastructure is preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing onsite support environment
