【岗位职责】
招聘管理：
1.负责公司全流程招聘工作，包括发布职位信息、筛选简历、安排面试及进行初步面试。招聘岗位主要在TikTok主播、操作员、KOL运营专员、内容运营专员等岗位。
2.与部门负责人协作，明确招聘需求，确保招聘流程高效顺畅。
人事管理：
1.办理员工入职、离职、转正、调动等相关手续。
2.负责员工考勤、请假及报销管理。
3.准确核算并按时发放员工薪资。
行政支持：
1.负责办公室日常行政事务，包括办公用品采购、设备维护与管理等。
2.维护办公环境，确保办公设施正常运转。
活动支持：协助公司进行商务谈判、会议等活动的组织与协调工作。

【任职资格】
1.本科及以上学历，专业不限，越南语+中文流利/英文流利（越南语是必备选项，首先中文，其次是英语）。
2.具备1-2年左右招聘人事行政相关工作HR岗位经验，有中-英文/中国-越南语言翻译经验者优先考虑。
3.有TikTok、MCN机构或直播主播等相关岗位招聘经验者优先，如拥有相关人才库资源更佳。
4.具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力及团队合作精神。

【Job Responsibilities】
Recruitment Management:
1. Manage the company's end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews. Recruitment will primarily focus on positions such as TikTok Hosts, Operators, KOL Operations Specialists, and Content Operations Specialists.
2. Collaborate with department heads to clarify hiring needs and ensure an efficient and smooth recruitment process.
Personnel Management:
1. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, regularization, and transfer procedures.
2. Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and expense reimbursements.
3. Accurately compute and process employee payroll in a timely manner.
Administrative Support:
1. Handle daily office administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and management.
2. Maintain the office environment and ensure proper functioning of office facilities.
Event Support: Assist the company in organizing and coordinating activities such as business negotiations and meetings.

【Job Qualifications】
1.Bachelor's degree or above. Major is not restricted.
2.Fluency in Vietnamese is mandatory. Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred; fluency in English is a strong alternative.
3.Approximately 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an HR role encompassing recruitment, personnel affairs, and administration. Candidates with prior Chinese-Vietnamese/English-Vietnamese translation experience are preferred.
4.Prior experience recruiting for TikTok, MCN agencies, livestream hosts, or related roles is a significant advantage. Possession of a relevant talent pool is highly desirable.
5.Strong communication, organizational, coordination skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
