Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with strong existing relationships with Ace Hardware buyers. This role will drive dealer channel expansion, secure new placements, and grow our presence within Ace and additional dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Channel Expansion & Growth

  • Secure product placement across Ace Hardware, Do It Best, Orgill, True Value, United Hardware, Target, Academy, Tractor Supply, HEB, Meijer, and others.

  • Identify and manage new sales opportunities in the dealer network.

  • Leverage existing buyer relationships to expand listings and drive promotions.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders.

Contract Negotiation & Pricing

  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with prospective partners.

  • Develop pricing schedules for promotions, quotes, and negotiations.

  • Ensure onboarding and compliance with Ace Hardware vendor requirements.

Sales Reporting & Market Insight

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

  • Align sales execution with marketing initiatives.

Client & Order Management

  • Build long-term customer relationships across dealer accounts.

  • Manage deposits, payments, and contract submissions.

  • Conduct client visits and product presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in BBQ, outdoor kitchen, or home improvement categories.

  • Required: Direct experience working with Ace Hardware buyers.

  • Strong dealer/distributor network experience.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
