Job Title: Fertilizer R&D Expert (Europe)

Location: Munich, Germany (currently remote/hybrid)

Responsibilities:
Develop innovative fertilizer, biostimulant and nutrient efficiency solutions for European markets
Conduct and support field and greenhouse trials
Collaborate with universities, research institutes and industry partners
Support product registration, technical validation and regulatory activities
Contribute to technology transfer between European and global R&D teams

Requirements:
MSc or PhD in Plant Nutrition, Soil Science, Agronomy, Agricultural Chemistry, Fertilizer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in fertilizer, specialty fertilizer, biostimulant or crop nutrition R&D
Experience with field trials, product development and technical validation
Knowledge of EU fertilizer regulations is an advantage
Fluent English required; German preferred

Preferred Background:
Yara, BASF, Bayer, EuroChem, COMPO EXPERT, ICL, Koch Agronomic Services, Verdesian or similar organizations
Expertise in biostimulants, nutrient use efficiency, controlled-release fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, liquid fertilizers, soil health or microbial solutions

Compensation:
Technical Expert: €100,000–150,000+
Technical Lead: up to €200,000
