【岗位职责】
招聘与人才建设
1. 全面负责泰国团队各岗位的全流程招聘,包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及初试,重点招聘TikTok主播、直播运营、KOL运营、内容运营等岗位人才。
2.与业务部门负责人紧密协作,精准定位人才需求,持续优化招聘策略与流程,确保高效达成招聘目标。
人事与薪酬管理
1.独立办理员工的入职、离职、转正、调动等手续,维护员工档案。
2.负责日常考勤、假期及费用报销的审核与管理。
3.准确核算月度薪酬,确保薪资按时、准确发放。
行政与运营支持
1.负责办公室日常行政事务,包括办公环境维护、用品采购、资产设备管理与维护等。
2.协助组织与协调各类商务会议、团队活动等,为业务开展提供后勤保障。

【key Responsibility】
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
1.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Thailand team, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and initial interviews. Focus on roles such as TikTok live-streamer/host, live-stream operations, KOL Operations Specialist, and Content Operations Specialist.
2.Work closely with department heads to define hiring needs, optimize recruitment strategies and processes, and ensure hiring targets are met efficiently.
HR & Payroll Administration
1.Independently handle all employee lifecycle procedures including onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and transfers. Maintain employee records.
2.Manage daily attendance, leave requests, and expense reimbursement.
3.Accurately process monthly payroll and ensure timely and correct salary disbursement.
Administrative & Operational Support
1.Oversee daily office administration, including maintaining the work environment, procurement of supplies, and management of assets and equipment.
2.Assist in organizing and coordinating business meetings, team events, and other logistics to support business operations.

【任职资格】
1. 语言与学历:本科及以上学历,专业不限。必须具备流利的泰语和中文口语及书面表达能力(缺一不可)。
2.核心经验:拥有1-2年人力资源或综合行政相关工作经验,熟悉招聘、人事、薪酬模块。具备中泰双语翻译经验者优先。
3.岗位加分项:有TikTok、直播、MCN机构或社交媒体相关岗位招聘经验者优先,拥有相关领域人才资源者更佳。
4.能力素质:具备出色的沟通协调能力、学习适应能力和团队协作精神,能胜任创业团队快节奏、多任务的工作环境。
【Qualifications】
1.Language & Education: Bachelor's degree or above, any major. Fluent in both Thai and Chinese (verbal and written) is mandatory.
2.Core Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR or general administration, with exposure to recruitment, personnel affairs, and payroll. Prior experience in Chinese-Thai translation is a plus.
3.Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior recruitment experience in TikTok, live-streaming, MCN agencies, or social media sectors are preferred. Existing talent networks in these fields are a significant advantage.
4.Competencies: Excellent communication and coordination skills, fast learning and adaptability, and a strong team spirit. Must thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking start-up environment.
