Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Pre-sales Managers who can serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams. This role takes ownership of the full customer engagement cycle from pre-sales support to project leadership ensuring seamless communication, high-quality delivery, and long-term technical partnership.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the technical interface with customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Deliver full-spectrum pre-sales support: understand customer needs, prepare technical documentation, and provide product demos.

Act as Customer Project Owner, managing project planning, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Define detailed technical specifications, testing elements, and implementation requirements.

Provide continuous technical support, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

Analyse RFI/RFP requirements and prepare complete responses.

Build product testing plans and execute them.

Assess customer business processes and identify technical solutions and partnership opportunities.

Support sales teams to enhance process efficiency and synergy across accounts.

Provide feedback to product marketing and technical teams for roadmap refinement.

Assist in positioning new/existing products with customers, including roadmap presentations.

Offer expert support or training to other technical consultants.

Share insights on technical issues, products, and internal processes.

Proactively evaluate current tools and workflows and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
-
BTech/BE/BS/MS in Electrical, Electronics & Communications, or Computer Science.

8+ years of relevant experience.

Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, or product management is a major plus.
Preferred Experience

Ability to support product strategy discussions.

Background with SIM/eSIM platforms (SMDP+, SMDP/SMSR, Entitlement Server).

Strong knowledge of GSMA/3GPP specs: SGP 01/02, SGP 21/22, SGP 31/32, SIM Alliance, etc.

Experience working with mobile operators.

Advantageous if fluent in additional international languages.
