Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Pre-sales Managers who can serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams. This role takes ownership of the full customer engagement cycle from pre-sales support to project leadership ensuring seamless communication, high-quality delivery, and long-term technical partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the technical interface with customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

  • Deliver full-spectrum pre-sales support: understand customer needs, prepare technical documentation, and provide product demos.

  • Act as Customer Project Owner, managing project planning, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

  • Define detailed technical specifications, testing elements, and implementation requirements.

  • Provide continuous technical support, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

  • Analyse RFI/RFP requirements and prepare complete responses.

  • Build product testing plans and execute them.

  • Assess customer business processes and identify technical solutions and partnership opportunities.

  • Support sales teams to enhance process efficiency and synergy across accounts.

  • Provide feedback to product marketing and technical teams for roadmap refinement.

  • Assist in positioning new/existing products with customers, including roadmap presentations.

  • Offer expert support or training to other technical consultants.

  • Share insights on technical issues, products, and internal processes.

  • Proactively evaluate current tools and workflows and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • BTech/BE/BS/MS in Electrical, Electronics & Communications, or Computer Science.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, or product management is a major plus.

Preferred Experience

  • Ability to support product strategy discussions.

  • Background with SIM/eSIM platforms (SMDP+, SMDP/SMSR, Entitlement Server).

  • Strong knowledge of GSMA/3GPP specs: SGP 01/02, SGP 21/22, SGP 31/32, SIM Alliance, etc.

  • Experience working with mobile operators.

  • Advantageous if fluent in additional international languages.
