Role Summary
We are hiring a North America Marketing Leader to build and scale a premium women's health brand in the US market. This is a 01 role with full ownership of growth strategy, brand positioning, and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. 01 Market Build
- Define US GTM strategy and product-market fit
- Lead brand positioning and narrative development
2. Full-Funnel Growth Ownership
- Manage Shopify DTC growth (acquisition retention)
- Optimize CAC, LTV, conversion funnel
3. Performance Marketing
- Own Meta, Google, TikTok, podcast ads
- Allocate budgets dynamically to maximize ROI
4. Lifecycle & Retention
- Build CRM flows (Klaviyo/SMS/email)
- Drive repeat purchase and customer loyalty
5. Brand & Content
- Lead KOL/KOC, PR, social, and content strategy
- Execute campaigns across multiple female personas
6. Data & Insights
- Build closed-loop analytics
- Translate US market insights into product direction
7. Team Building
- Hire and lead local US marketing team
- Manage agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
Must-Have:
- US citizen or Green Card holder
- 10+ years marketing experience in North America
- Strong DTC (Shopify/eCommerce) experience
- Hands-on performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Experience building or scaling brands (01 or rapid growth)
Preferred:
- FemTech / HealthTech / Wellness / Beauty
- Premium consumer brands
- Experience in wearable / 3C hardware
