Our client is a fast-growing career coaching service that helps aspiring investment bankers break into and advance within the industry. Their mission is to provide personalized guidance, industry insights, and strategic support to help candidates navigate the highly competitive investment banking recruitment process. We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Investment Banking Career Coach to join their team on a part-time basis.

As a Part-Time Career Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their career paths in investment banking. You will provide personalised career advice, mentorship, and support to assist clients in achieving their professional aspirations within this highly competitive field.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

• Conduct coaching sessions for individuals seeking careers in Investment Banking (IBD), covering topics such as resume review, interview preparation, and networking strategies.

• Provide insights into industry trends, deal structures, financial modeling techniques, and recruitment best practices.

• Offer guidance on technical interviews, including DCF, M&A, LBO, and comparable company analysis.

• Assist candidates in crafting strong applications, cold email strategies, and LinkedIn optimization.

• Help candidates prepare for assessment centres, and case studies used in IB recruitment.

• Provide mentorship on long-term career progression, exit opportunities, and skill development.

• Stay up-to-date with hiring trends, firm-specific recruitment processes, and industry developments.

Requirements 任职要求:

• Proven experience working in Investment Banking (M&A, Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, Restructuring, or other IBD roles) at a top-tier bank or boutique firm.
  • 拥有在顶级银行或精品投行从事投资银行工作的经验（如并购、资本市场、杠杆融资、重组或其他 IBD 职位）。
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal processes.
  • 对财务建模、估值方法和交易流程有深入理解。
• Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or training candidates for IB roles is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and provide constructive feedback.
