[Mandarin-Speaking Role] Junior Business Development Executive

- Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 + Commission

What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, helping them optimize their payment solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through tailored payment solutions
- Conduct market research to uncover trends and potential clients, staying ahead of industry developments
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term success
- Provide exceptional customer support, guiding clients through the onboarding process and beyond
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and refine product offerings
- Prepare reports and presentations to track performance and highlight new opportunities
- Stay on top of fintech and payment industry trends, helping shape the company's strategic direction
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (graduates welcome!)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced industry
- Passion for fintech, business development, and innovative payment solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Bonus: Prior experience in sales, business development, or fintech is a plus!
- Visa Requirement: Open to PSW visa holders, with at least 1.5 years of validity remaining
