Bilingual HR Manager - FinTech/Payments Sector

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment in the UK, focusing on sales roles, and source top talent through direct outreach, industry partnerships, and other channels.
- Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding, while building talent development frameworks.
- Compliance & Optimization: Ensure HR practices comply with UK labor laws and lead the design and compliance review of compensation & benefits programs.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to develop talent strategies that support rapid organizational growth.
Must-Have Requirements
- Industry Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese (required for cross-border business communication).
- Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK employment law and hands-on HR operations.
- Network & Resources: Existing talent pool or sourcing channels in the fintech industry.
