[Mandarin-Speaking Role] Fintech Business Development Manager

Passionate about fintech and cross-border payments? Join our client, a leading London-based fintech company, as a Business Development Manager! With a base salary of £40k-£45k + commission (OTE up to £85k), this is your chance to thrive in the payments industry!

Location: London (Remote-first, occasional global travel)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 base + commission (OTE up to £85k)

What You'll Be Doing

• Expand our presence in the hospitality sector - turn prospects into long-term clients and close high-value deals!
• Own the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract signing, leveraging data and insights
• Work closely with the VP of Commercial to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
• Represent the company at key industry events and payment conferences, building strong professional networks
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure seamless implementation of new payment solutions

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent business negotiation skills ️
• 2+ years of sales experience in the UK payments industry (hospitality sector connections are a plus!)
• Strong network in the restaurant/retail industry - if you can easily set up coffee meetings with CEOs, we want you!
• Proven track record of smashing sales targets and exceeding KPIs
• Must be based in the UK with legal work authorization
