[Mandarin-Speaking Role] Finance & Operations Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing:
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial records using Xero software.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with our finance team in China to manage payroll and financial operations across regions.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare profitability reports and productivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Tech & Systems Coordination: Manage company software and hardware to maintain smooth operational flow.
What Were Looking For:
- Finance Experience: Solid background in managing financial accounts.
Professional Certification AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent international certification). - Xero Expertise: Proficient in using Xero accounting software.
- Excel Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP and complex data analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy.
