- 网络设备守护神：负责伦敦POP点的网络设备日常维护和运营，包括全球互联网骨干网、SDH/DWDM中欧骨干网和语音交换设备（设备崩了？不存在的！）
- 国际电路大师：国际电路的实施、服务交付、故障排除和技术支持
- 报告狂魔：维护和更新运营计划、服务可用性报告、流量管理报告和服务改进方案

What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee and maintain POP site, ensuring smooth operation of global internet backbone, SDH/DWDM networks, and voice switching systems
- Manage international circuits, from implementation and service delivery to troubleshooting and technical support
- Monitor and enhance network performance, updating operational plans, traffic reports, and service improvement strategies
- ️Provide expert pre-sales technical support, assist in network design, and develop tailored solutions for clients
- Collaborate closely with global teams, ensuring seamless coordination with international branches
- ️Occasional travel may be required
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Telecommunications or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in network maintenance, particularly SDH network and equipment operations
- CCNP/CCNA certification or equivalent certifications that set you apart
- Hands-on experience with Huawei SDH, DWDM optical transmission equipment, and related technologies
- Strong understanding of submarine and terrestrial cable systems
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to handle technical documents and team communication seamlessly
