[Mandarin-Speaking Role] Junior KYC Onboarding Analyst
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for financial compliance? Join our client's team and play a key role in safeguarding regulatory standards!
- Location: London
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

What You'll Be Doing:
- ️️Conduct KYC and AML checks to verify client identities and mitigate risks
- Review and analyze customer documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
- Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update KYC records, keeping compliance processes seamless
- Communicate with clients, providing guidance on onboarding and compliance queries
- Assist in preparing reports and tracking compliance performance
- Stay informed on regulatory updates and support policy implementation
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of KYC/AML regulations (a plus, but not required, we'll train you!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Open to PSW visa holders, with at least 1.5 years of validity remaining
