HR Director (India) – Manufacturing | Country-Level Role
Location: India (On-site)
Compensation: Up to RMB 1,000,000 – 1,500,000 annual package (16-month salary)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We are partnering with a fast-growing global manufacturing group expanding its footprint in India.
This role will serve as the country-level HR leader, overseeing multiple factory operations and driving end-to-end HR strategy and execution on the ground.
This is a high-impact leadership role, closely aligned with business operations and HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-spectrum HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites in India
- Build and optimize HR systems, policies, and processes aligned with business growth
- Partner with business leaders to support rapid expansion and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in India
- Manage and develop a local HR team (10–20 members)
- Act as the key bridge between local operations and global HQ
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure in manufacturing / factory environment
- Experience supporting overseas operations (India / Southeast Asia preferred)
- Familiar with industrial workforce management and labor compliance
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong plus for HQ communication)
- Open to relocation and long-term development in India
Candidates from Taiwan / Hong Kong / Southeast Asia Chinese background are highly preferred
This role is quite similar to a Foxconn-style HR leadership position managing multi-site operations in India.

- 能接受长期外派印度
