About the Opportunity
We are a fast-growing global organization focusing on AI-driven video content creation and operations. As we expand our AIGC (AI-Generated Content) business in Vietnam, we are setting up a brand-new local team of approximately 200 staff covering operations, content creation, production, and innovation.
We are looking for a highly capable Vietnamese HR Managerfluent in Chineseto serve as a founding team member, leading the entire HR function from 0 to 1 and building a strong, compliant, and high-performance organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Building from 0 to 1

Develop and execute the hiring plan for a 200-person team across operations, planning, and content creation roles.

Build and manage local recruitment channels and oversee the full hiring lifecycle.

Ensure fast, high-quality talent acquisition aligned with business goals.
2. HR System & Policy Development

Establish HR systems aligned with Vietnamese regulations and business needs, including:

Compensation & benefits

Performance management

Employee development & training
-
Employee relations

Develop and maintain all HR policies and procedures for the Vietnam office.
3. Local Operations & Compliance

Ensure 100% compliance with Vietnam labor laws and employment policies.

Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, contracts, payroll, social insurance, and attendance.

Maintain strong relationships with government bodies and labor authorities.
4. Culture & Employee Engagement

Drive the implementation of corporate culture within the Vietnam team, creating a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace.

Manage employee relations and establish smooth communication channels.

Act as the cultural bridge between Vietnam and China HQ, ensuring consistent HR policies, management alignment, and seamless collaboration.
Qualifications
Background
-
Approximately 30 years old, female, unmarried.
-
Native Vietnamese; fluent in Chinese for daily work communication.

5+ years of full-spectrum HR management experience.
-
Prior experience building teams or participating in new-company setup is required.

Experience in tech, internet, media, gaming, or content production is preferred.

Experience managing teams of 100+ employees.
Professional Skills

Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws, social insurance, and employment practices.

Proven hands-on experience across all HR modules: recruitment, C&B, performance, and employee relations.
