What You Need

5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Must have Polish market experience
Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency)
Fluent Polish; English preferred
Strong communicator, self-driven
Experience in consumer finance = big plus
Chinese language ability = bonus
