About the Role

We are hiring Overseas Sales Professionals to drive business growth in Vietnam, Russia, and Pakistan. This role focuses on enterprise B2B sales within the cloud computing / ICT ecosystem, working closely with technical and support teams to deliver value-driven solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand enterprise customer base;

  • Research local markets, identify key accounts, partners, and new business opportunities;

  • Actively acquire new customers and open new markets;

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing;

  • Clearly communicate product value propositions based on customer needs;

  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer accounts;

  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, technical support, local delivery) to resolve customer issues;

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above (Business, Economics, IT, or related fields preferred);

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Cloud Computing / ICT / SaaS / Telecom sales;

  • Proven success in B2B sales with full-cycle deal ownership;

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;

  • Good business acumen with analytical and problem-solving abilities;

  • Fluent in English; basic Mandarin understanding is a plus;

  • Willingness to travel 20%+ as required.

Vietnam-Specific Notes

Hanoi:

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing (IaaS / Public Cloud / Hybrid Cloud / IDC) required;

  • Senior individual contributor or potential team leader profile preferred;

  • Enterprise or ISP sales background is a plus.

Ho Chi Minh City:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience acceptable;

  • Cloud experience not mandatory;

  • Background in SaaS / Telecom / IT services welcomed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Vietnam:

    • Annual package: USD 30,000 – 60,000 (base + commission, negotiable)

  • Russia & Pakistan:

    • Compensation open, based on experience and local market
