Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Executives to support customer inquiries and deliver high-quality service across pre-sale, in-sale, and post-sale stages. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus), and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat across different service stages.

  • Follow internal procedures to manage customer feedback using the customer service system and knowledge base.

  • Record customer service data accurately and assist in customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.

  • Support additional customer service tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Working proficiency in English; Mandarin skills preferred.

  • Willing to work rotational shifts, including evening shifts (no overnight shifts required).

  • Responsible, customer-focused, and a strong team player.

  • Proactive in communication, able to identify issues, and continuously improve workflows.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office tools.

  • Prior telecom or customer service center experience is an advantage.
