Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Executives to support customer inquiries and deliver high-quality service across pre-sale, in-sale, and post-sale stages. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus), and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat across different service stages.

Follow internal procedures to manage customer feedback using the customer service system and knowledge base.

Record customer service data accurately and assist in customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.

Support additional customer service tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working proficiency in English; Mandarin skills preferred.

Willing to work rotational shifts, including evening shifts (no overnight shifts required).

Responsible, customer-focused, and a strong team player.

Proactive in communication, able to identify issues, and continuously improve workflows.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office tools.

Prior telecom or customer service center experience is an advantage.
