Follow Restaurant Daily duty  The Chef will be responsible for the quality of food production in line with daily

menus. She/he will be expected to work with minimal supervision. The Chef will ensure full compliance with daily menu cycle. The Chef will control the use of food rations and ingredients in line with the

appropriate recipes. The Chef will ensure that correct portion control is adhered to at all times.  The Chef will assist with the development of menu plans
