Quantity Surveyor (Tender)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in pre-contract and post-contract activities.
• Conduct price evaluations, prepare cost comparisons and summaries, tenders, bills of quantities, and quotations for civil and building projects.
• Perform accurate quantity measurements to support progress payment claims, variation order claims, subcontractor and supplier payments, and final accounts. 
• Maintain proper site documentation for variation orders and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Collaborate with the safety team to support workplace safety and health initiatives.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company safety management practices.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction projects.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong analytical skills.
• A team player with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of market trends, construction cost developments, methods, and materials will be an added advantage.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Redhill
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work, Alt Saturdays
