Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Support Specialist (Parts Management):

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support service parts inventory management to maintain balanced inventory levels in line with service requirements and established targets.
  • Support inventory forecasting and ordering activities.
  • Ensure timely stock-up of spare parts for new models based on recommendations from the Technical Team and Regional HQ.
  • Coordinate with Regional HQ, partners, and Supply Chain teams on spare parts-related matters.
  • Update and maintain spare parts pricing in SAP and the relevant internal system according to established pricing mechanisms.
  • Prepare performance and inventory reports for timely submission.
  • Review and propose parts write-offs based on defined policy criteria.
  • Process orders received from parts distributors and obtain monthly forecasts to support inventory planning.
  • Provide monthly updates to parts distributors regarding new parts information and price changes.
  • Prepare monthly reports on parts distributors' sales and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Process spare parts warranty claims, including in-warranty and out-of-warranty claims.
  • Provide regular ETA updates on spare parts shortages and respond to parts-related queries, including courier arrangements, shortages, and SKU changes.
  • Coordinate the monthly reverse logistics of defective parts from service partners.
  • Coordinate physical verification of returned defective parts and main units at the warehouse.
  • Process the monthly write-off of returned defective main units in the SAP system.
  • Conduct testing and physical checks on defective consumables.
  • Ensure consumable warranty claims meet the required criteria before submission and process claims promptly.
  • Coordinate with dealers and customers on the collection of consumables.
  • Ensure the proper storage and disposal of faulty consumables.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in parts management and forecasting, particularly involving small-item SKUs.
  • Good experience communicating and coordinating with suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis to support problem-solving and enhance operational support.
  • Good data analysis and visualization capabilities.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet applications.
  • Organized, meticulous, and comfortable handling large data sets.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to RM4,500 + AWS (2–3 Months)
  • Working Location: Selangor
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
