Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sales Engineer:

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales growth plans within assigned accounts and explore new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and set strategic sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales updates and forecasts, highlighting performance, challenges, opportunities, and key activities.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to gather industry, competitor, and market insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, particularly in manufacturing, intralogistics, and warehouse solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored automation solutions.
  • Identify key stakeholders within client organizations and establish strong professional relationships.
  • Plan engagement strategies to align with customers' long-term investment plans.
  • Conduct product and solution presentations and demonstrations to enhance market positioning.
  • Develop strategic approaches to navigate complex customer organizations for effective decision-making.
  • Convert leads into opportunities through effective qualification and engagement.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop tailored technical proposals.
  • Lead business proposal presentations and support technical teams in crafting solution proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with after-sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Robotics.
  • Proven experience in account management within the industrial automation or warehouse automation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation, manufacturing, intralogistics, and warehouse operations, including warehouse control systems and autonomous machinery.
  • Excellent technical presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 + Mobile and Transport Allowance + AWS + VB
  • Working Location: Joo Koon
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work
