About the job Customer Service Admin
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Admin:
Job Responsibilities
- Set up new customer accounts in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between sales and production teams, managing incoming customer orders and maintaining clear communication on receipting and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for customer transactions using the ERP system.
- Generate customer invoices, prepare financial statements, and manage payment processing.
- Facilitate communication regarding pricing structures and product transfers between customers and internal teams.
- Address and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, including customer service.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle service-related tasks effectively.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,400 +AWS + Quarterly Incentive + Joining Bonus
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Company transport/Transport Allowance provided
