Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for an Accounting & Advisory Manager (Outsourcing):
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the delivery of accounting, payroll, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Participate in client meetings and manage the onboarding process for new clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses to ensure reports and advice are timely, relevant, and foster a trusted advisory relationship.
- Provide technical guidance to the team to ensure accounts are prepared in accordance with Singapore and International Financial Reporting Standards, and identify potential advisory and compliance issues (e.g., taxation, Companies Act, immigration) for further review by relevant experts.
- Plan team workflows and support process efficiency to ensure timely deliverables.
- Take ownership of the financial performance of the team.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and risk management processes.
- Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development and well-being.
- Contribute as a key member of the management team by promoting high standards of client service and commercial acumen.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and other tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification.
- At least six years of relevant experience, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory role, ideally within a professional services firm specializing in accounting, outsourcing, client accounting, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore compliance requirements, including accounting, tax, payroll, and the Companies Act.
- Extensive technical expertise in Singapore and International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting systems such as Xero, SAP, or NetSuite is an advantage.
- A client-centric mindset with strong entrepreneurial and commercial thinking skills.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 6.500 +VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Downtown
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:45 AM - 5:30 PM)
