Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Program Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

Define and articulate product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on user needs, market research, and business objectives.
Prepare and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), leveraging digital tools and AI solutions where applicable to streamline documentation.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and innovation opportunities.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to scope, plan, and deliver product features efficiently.
Establish key product performance indicators and use data-driven insights to guide product iterations.
Ensure product features are developed in alignment with accessibility, usability, and security standards.
Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and clarity in product development

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, digital platforms, or educational technology.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient in product management tools such as Jira; familiarity with AI tools for productivity and research is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment.
Passion for innovation in education and interest in leveraging technology for impactful learning solutions.
