Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Marketing Communications & Events Executive:
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events and exhibitions from conception to completion.
- Lead on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and addressing real-time issues.
- Manage logistics, oversee remote coordination, and troubleshoot any challenges during events.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Optimize event planning within budget constraints while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Management) and external partners to create impactful activations.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Develop engaging short-form video content to enhance brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital and offline marketing channels.
- Monitor social media trends, track engagement, and conduct market research.
- Support the creation of email campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing collateral (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, case studies).
- Manage the marketing calendar, including content scheduling and promotional timelines.
- Explore new digital platforms to enhance audience engagement.
- Monitor and engage with online communities to foster growth and interaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for improvement.
- Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, conversions).
- Assist in website content updates to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in marketing, digital marketing or event management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Positive attitude, strong presentation skills, and copywriting abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,800
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
