Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a PMO Manager:

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) team to ensure efficient execution of PMO-related activities.
  • Drive planning and coordination of medium to large-scale projects, including pre-project planning, project kick-off, timeline development, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation covering scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and justifications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to define project goals, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Oversee project pipeline, ensuring agile practices and sprint planning are followed consistently.
  • Analyze project-related financials, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project execution, manage potential risks proactively, and recommend mitigation strategies when necessary.
  • Supervise and support team members to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Develop and enhance PMO processes, policies, and frameworks to drive project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular project evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and project objectives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in line with allocated budgets.
  • Promote adherence to organizational standards and ensure project team compliance throughout project phases.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly within technology or engineering domains, is preferred.
  • Experience in ACS, IDS, CCTV.
  • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Supervisory experience of at least 1 year is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 +AWS +VB (1 Month)
  • Working Location: Tiong Bahru
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
