Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior Regional Facilities Management Executive:
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily facility inspections and coordinate with facility management teams and property stakeholders.
- Manage facility-related projects and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Continuously improve workplace operations and processes to enhance employee experience.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor payments for facility operations.
- Create and manage purchase orders and goods receipt records in compliance with internal procedures.
- Support financial reporting, cost-efficiency efforts, and audit processes.
- Conduct regular safety checks to ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Compile and report data on energy, water, and waste usage to support sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee the performance of outsourced security personnel and service vendors.
- Manage integrated facility service providers to maintain high service standards.
- Administer access control systems, including employee badge issuance and records management.
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Plan and manage space allocation and maintain accurate occupancy data.
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues and support ad-hoc facility projects as needed.
- Organize and support workplace events, ensuring proper venue setup and coordination with service providers.
- Engage effectively with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless facility operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Property, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in facilities or workplace management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of financial procedures and project coordination.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,600 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
