Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service cum Counter Sales:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service through hotline calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Process customer orders across various purchasing platforms.
- Handle enrolment of new customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports to ensure payment accuracy and stock reconciliation.
- Assist in purchasing merchandise and spare parts.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
- Verify invoices against order forms to ensure correct data entry.
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance.
- Issue products to customers based on their purchases.
- Pack stock for deliveries and coordinate with courier services to ensure timely dispatch.
- Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Manage stock replenishment and receiving, ensuring proper organization in the warehouse.
- Provide after-sales service support, including basic repair assistance.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 1,800 + AWS
- Working Location: Paya Lebar
- Working Days: 5.5 days, (Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm; Saturday, 11am to 5pm)
- Transport, Meal and OT allowance provided
