Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service cum Counter Sales:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service through hotline calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Process customer orders across various purchasing platforms.
  • Handle enrolment of new customers.
  • Prepare daily sales reports to ensure payment accuracy and stock reconciliation.
  • Assist in purchasing merchandise and spare parts.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
  • Verify invoices against order forms to ensure correct data entry.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Issue products to customers based on their purchases.
  • Pack stock for deliveries and coordinate with courier services to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Manage stock replenishment and receiving, ensuring proper organization in the warehouse.
  • Provide after-sales service support, including basic repair assistance.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 1,800 + AWS
  • Working Location: Paya Lebar
  • Working Days: 5.5 days, (Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm; Saturday, 11am to 5pm)
  • Transport, Meal and OT allowance provided
