Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Technical Team Manager:

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full scope of service and maintenance workflows to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives regarding service and maintenance matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and resources to clients.
  • Lead and guide the service operations team, including involvement in recruitment and training efforts.
  • Develop and manage service plans, resource allocation, skill requirements, milestones, and performance metrics.
  • Explore and implement innovative approaches to team deployment and task allocation for optimal service delivery.
  • Handle client communications and manage expectations to ensure positive outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong client relationships and seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Maintain an understanding of client businesses to align services with their operational objectives.
  • Ensure timely and quality execution of maintenance tasks as committed to clients.
  • Perform both technical and administrative tasks as part of service delivery operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Nitec or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Eligibility for security clearance CAT 2A is required due to the nature of the job, which involves access to restricted sites.
  • Practical experience in operating and maintaining security systems, such as in ACS, IDS, CCTV, access control and intrusion detection.
  • Experience in system configuration, application programming, and third-party integration is an advantage.
  • Proficient in both hardware and software technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Transport allowance may be provided if personal vehicle is used for work.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 6,000 +AWS +VB (1 Month) + Transport Allowance
  • Working Location: Tiong Bahru
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday,  8:30am to 6:00pm
