QC Inspector

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a QC Inspector:

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing, including environmental control, raw material, and finished product assessments.
• Oversee quality control processes from raw material and packaging inspection to in-process and final product evaluation.
• Maintain laboratory, retention room, and pre-weighing room, ensuring proper inventory, equipment functionality, and cleanliness.
• Operate and maintain the deionized (DI) water system.
• Monitor and verify pre-weighing processes.
• Manage retention samples, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Certificates of Analysis (COA), including creation and updates.
• Assist in troubleshooting and testing to support product improvement in response to customer feedback or complaints.
• Support internal and external audits for GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance.
• Maintain and update documentation related to GMP, ISO, and other quality and safety regulations.
• Create, update, and manage records in the SAP system.
• Ensure compliance with Health Sciences Authority (HSA) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, environmental standards, quality manuals, and workplace health and safety policies.
• Track and manage product permits and licenses in accordance with HSA regulations.
• Provide feedback, highlight issues, and suggest improvements during staff meetings.
• Oversee and coordinate pest control measures, ensuring scheduled inspections are conducted.
• Perform other duties, projects, or assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Chemistry or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control.
• Preferably knowledgeable in GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with integrity and objectivity.
• Willingness to learn and take a hands-on approach in job responsibilities.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 +AWS +VB (1 Month)
• Working Location: Yio Chu Kang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
