IT Application Business Analyst

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a IT Application Business Analyst:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide input and guidance on the feasibility and potential system impact of new business or policy changes.
• Elicit, document, and analyze business and information needs through stakeholder engagement, converting them into clear and actionable user stories.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications to guide system design and development.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as product backlog creation, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution of defects in accordance with agreed specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Agile roles such as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Educational background from a Business School or a STEM discipline will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, CRM systems, or SaaS solutions is beneficial.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), APEX coding, or DevOps practices will be an advantage.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 8,000 + AWS + VB
• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
