Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Outsource IT Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support for end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via on-site and remote access channels
  • Install, configure, and support cloud-based productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 suite)
  • Provide support for financial applications such as Bloomberg (installation and issue resolution)
  • Assist with basic phone system administration, including deployment and resetting
  • Respond to general IT support requests, including video conferencing setups and mobile email configurations
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution
  • Be available to respond to urgent issues that may arise outside of regular working hours
  • Support IT-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager or Management

Job Requirements:

  • ITE or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in a desktop support or technical support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (installation and troubleshooting)
  • Familiarity with financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg) and basic telephony systems is advantageous
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours and provide support when required

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,000
  • Working Location: Promenade
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon to Fri, 7 am to 4 pm
  • 12 months Contract
