About the job Customer Service Officer
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and support existing and new customer accounts
- Coordinate logistics activities and maintain timely communication with stakeholders
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Deliver high-quality customer service to address inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and customers
- Resolve customer issues promptly by identifying solutions and following up
- Prepare and issue shipment quotations; schedule and set up shipments based on customer requirements
- Effectively multitask using both logistics tools and business software platforms
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 + VB
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
