Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Officer:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support existing and new customer accounts
  • Coordinate logistics activities and maintain timely communication with stakeholders
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to address inquiries and concerns
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and customers
  • Resolve customer issues promptly by identifying solutions and following up
  • Prepare and issue shipment quotations; schedule and set up shipments based on customer requirements
  • Effectively multitask using both logistics tools and business software platforms

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 + VB
  • Working Location: Jurong East
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
