Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Payment Collection Assistant Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Compile monthly ageing reports for internal use and month-end submission.
- Follow up with customers on long-outstanding payments via phone and email.
- Provide invoices, statements of accounts (SOA), and supporting documents upon request.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve payment-related issues.
- Prepare Letters of Demand (LOD) when necessary.
- Collect cheques directly from customers as required.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain clear records of collection activities.
- Report to supervisor on the status of payment collection and related matters.
- Maintain proper filing systems for documentation and ensure confidentiality of data.
- Ensure compliance with environmental policies and contribute to waste reduction efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Training will be provided.
- Basic administrative and data handling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (e.g., creating tables, data analysis).
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or external negotiation is an advantage.
- Experience handling and analysing large volumes of data is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,300 + Transport Allowance + AWS +VB
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work
