Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Regional Executive, Supply Chain Management (Trade & Process Management):

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional trade compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to import/export regulations and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) requirements across Southeast Asia and other countries.
  • Monitor and manage updates on regulatory policies and chemical statuses, ensuring compliance with international and regional laws to prevent any non-compliance incidents.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enhance visibility of supply chain metrics.
  • Perform data analysis to identify process gaps and propose data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Manage supply chain projects to ensure they are delivered within scope, on time, and in alignment with quality and compliance requirements.
  • Review and ensure all department workflows, regulations, and processes are current and properly documented.
  • Lead and facilitate internal training programs on supply chain compliance, including STC and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
  • Support internal and external audits and collaborate with regional teams to establish and uphold internal control standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management or supply chain operations within a high-tech or regulated industry.
  • Practical experience in areas such as demand/supply planning, logistics, warehousing, or customer service.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • In-depth understanding of trade compliance and regulatory frameworks within ASEAN and other countries.
  • Proficient in supply chain data analysis with hands-on experience in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, capable of collaborating across departments to align on goals and implement best practices.
  • Effective leadership and project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills, including data visualization for management-level reporting.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,800 + AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
  • Working Location: Labrador Park
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
