Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Process Engineer (Operations):

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate existing processes, collect measurements, and interpret data, including SCADA system operations, to support digitalization efforts.
  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure processes comply with safety and industry standards.
  • Research, design, and develop process enhancements to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Oversee the implementation of new processes, procedures, and operational setups.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to processes, procedures, and plant operations.
  • Establish best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve output quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage operational costs and time constraints effectively.
  • Prepare process documentation, including standard operating procedures and operating instructions.
  • Participate in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies.
  • Serve as a key coordinator for plant shutdown planning and execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years in the process industry.
  • Strong knowledge of process-related standards and safety management.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable to dynamic work environments.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,300 + AWS + VB (1 Month) + Joining Bonus + Quarterly Incentive
  • Working Location: Tuas Crescent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Company transport/Transport Allowance provided
