Technician/Senior Technician

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Technician/Senior Technician:

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair work on packaging and conveying systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and ensure quick recovery of operational systems.
  
• Minimise equipment downtime and enhance system performance through high-quality maintenance work.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance tasks performed.
• Support facilities-related maintenance and rectification tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, NITEC, ITC or NTC-2 in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment such as bagging machines, packaging systems, and conveyor systems.
• Basic knowledge of AC drives, electrical motors, pneumatic cylinders, and roller/chain conveyors.
  
• Understanding of PLCs, control circuits, and electrical systems.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a heavy industry setting.
• Experience with bagging lines is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to commit to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 +VB (1.5 Months)
• Working Location: Jurong Island
• Shift Hours: Day Shift - 8am to 8pm | Night Shift - 8pm to 8am
• Company Transport is provided.
