Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Speech & Language Therapist:

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify speech therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy through consultation, individual, and group sessions.
  • Continuously evaluate therapeutic interventions to measure effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and communication with families.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and service guidelines to enhance therapy services.
  • Support curriculum and program development, particularly in speech, language, and social-emotional learning.
  • Participate in team assessments for school admissions.
  • Use appropriate assessment tools to support and recommend access arrangements for national examinations, where necessary.
  • Conduct training workshops for parents and stakeholders to enhance understanding of speech therapy approaches.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision for junior therapists to ensure professional development.
  • Stay updated with best practices and evidence-based approaches in speech therapy and autism intervention.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about organizational policies, professional codes of conduct, and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and therapy programs.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree or postgraduate degree in Speech-Language Therapy/Pathology from an institution recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience for Senior Therapist positions.
  • Experience in special education and working with individuals with special needs is advantageous.
  • Must hold a valid practicing certification with full AHPC registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide person-centered services.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 5,500 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
  • Working Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm
