Production Supervisor

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Production Supervisor:

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee daily production operations, including purchasing, inventory management, stock control, and work scheduling.
• Participate in the production process from initial stages to final product completion.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery.
• Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process, from material procurement, issuance, and withdrawal to final handover to the warehouse.
• Maintain and update records in the SAP system.
• Ensure proper documentation, updates, and compliance with ISO standards.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring necessary documentation is prepared and maintained.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth production operations according to schedules.
• Perform other tasks or assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Chemical, or Chemistry-related fields is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make objective and ethical decisions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take a hands-on approach in daily tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively train and coach team members, as well as handle inquiries from stakeholders.
• Proficient in computer applications relevant to the role.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 +AWS +VB (1 Month)
• Working Location: Yio Chu Kang
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm
