Software/Firmware Engineer (USB Type-C, PD, Inter Thunderbolt)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Software/Firmware Engineer (USB Type-C, PD, Inter Thunderbolt):

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD), Intel Thunderbolt, and USB 4.0 firmware.
• Support client requirements, including firmware updates, version control, release processes, and risk assessments to ensure timely project completion.
• Research and evaluate new products and technologies from external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in software debugging within the PC industry.
• Basic knowledge of I2C signal capture and analysis.
• Understanding of schematic design principles.
• Familiarity with x86 and ARM computer architecture and organization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,500  +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
