Controls Service Engineer

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Controls Service Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and service of Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system faults in a timely and effective manner
• Support clients on system usage, optimization, and provide improvement recommendations
  
• Analyze system data to assess operational performance and status
• Respond promptly to urgent client requests and attend site issues on short notice
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is carried out safely and according to guidelines
• Assist and mentor colleagues to foster knowledge-sharing and team development
• Ensure all tasks comply with established quality, safety, and environmental standards (EHS)
• Prepare and submit detailed quotations, including labor, materials, and scope of work
• Conduct system repair, fit-out, and addition & alteration (A&A) works on existing BMS installations
• Participate in a rotational standby schedule to provide weekly support coverage
• Perform annual calibration and verification of BMS sensors
• Conduct site surveys and support sales activities related to BMS services

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized technical institute in Engineering or a related field
• Hands-on experience with BMS control systems and related programming logic
• Solid understanding of logic gates, digital fundamentals, and networking basics
  
• Experience with ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and customer management skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently when required

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 + VB (2.5 Months)
• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
